Every Saturday:
If you think the Farmer's Market only has fruits and vegetables, you're missing out on some great shopping opportunities every Saturday morning. There are some wonderful and unique gift choices to be found. For instance, check out the handmade, hot/cold bowl cozies, fabulous jewelry, jams and preserves, candles, art, plants, soup and dip mixes, spices, wooden crafts, etc. And oh yeah; they do have fruits and vegetables. But there's also nuts, grain-fed beef, farm-fresh country eggs, pastries, baked goods, corn meal, grits and the list goes on. You don't have to leave Denham Springs to find super-cool items; they're at the Farmer's Market every Saturday from 7 am - noon, rain or shine. Come on out to the New Covenant shopping center at Florida and Hummell. You won't be disappointed. |
